A website usually takes one to three weeks. Designing a web or mobile app takes four to eight. If I am building it as well as designing it, it takes longer, and the plan in week one gives you the exact number before you commit.

You write to me and we talk. The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. If I think you need something other than what you are asking for, or someone other than me, I will say so before you pay anything.

Every week, in the state it is genuinely in. I do not go quiet for a month and come back with a reveal. Telling me you hate the direction in week two costs an afternoon. Telling me in the last week costs the project.

The working files, not only the exports, and a session on the last day where I take you through what got built, how to run it yourself, and why each decision went the way it did. The point is that you are not dependent on me afterwards.

Then I work inside it, and alongside your designer. Where the system has gaps, I extend it in its own terms rather than replacing it.

You find out early, because you are seeing the work every week. If the direction is not right we change it while changing it is still cheap. If it is not working at all, I would rather say so than keep billing.
